Refund Policy

Original Receipt Required for ALL Refunds!

All purchases made through the JCCC Bookstore, in-store & online, will be returned to the original method of payment.

The Rental Fee is only refundable if books are returned by the dates outlined below:

 

  • Full Semester Courses (15 Weeks):30 days from the start date of classes.
  • Short Term Courses (Under 15 Weeks):Two weeks (14 days) from the start date of classes.
You can not return textbooks if the outlined below applies:

 

  • Textbook is damaged (e.g., fluid, torn, or missing pages).
  • Textbook packages that are missing pieces.
  • Some exclusions are applied to kits, codes, and other high-priced items. Please see the bookstore staff for more information.

 

  • Neither digital access codes nor physically printed access codes can be returned or refunded once the code has been opened and/or accessed.
  • eBooks are only refundable for 14 days from the date of purchase and can not be returned or refunded once the code has been accessed.

Please notify the bookstore immediately if you encounter any issues with the kit. Kits can only be refunded or repaired within 30 days of the class starting.

Must have all items present & in original box (cords, instructions, etc).

 

  • Can not return the laptop if programs are loaded onto the laptop.
  • Can not return if the laptop is damaged after purchasing.

You have 30 days from the purchase to receive a refund. Some exclusions apply; see additional requirements below:

 

  • Healthcare Products: – Goggles, medical equipment, ect. must be unopened & in the original packaging.
  • Uniforms, lab coats, etc. : – Must not be worn, washed, or damaged.
  • Graduation Regalia: – No returns after graduation ceremonies.

 

  • Opened or used technology accessories (headphones, calculators, chargers, etc.).
  • Items damaged by the customer.
  • Clothing/apparel that is worn, stained, or has animal hair on the item.
  • Face masks & other personal use items.
  • As-is or clearance items.
  • Items otherwise deemed incomplete or unsuitable for return.
