Original Receipt Required for ALL Refunds!

Textbooks

The Rental Fee is only refundable if books are returned by the dates outlined below

Full Semester Courses (15 Weeks): 30 days from the start date of class.

Short Term Courses (Under 15 Weeks): Two weeks (14 days) from the start date of class.

Exceptions/Non-returnable/refundable:

  • Damaged textbooks (e.g., fluid, torn, or missing pages)

  • Textbook packages that are missing pieces.

  • Exclusions apply to kits, codes, and other high-priced items; see bookstore staff for more information.

Access Codes & Digital Content

Neither digital access codes nor physically printed access codes can be returned or refunded once the code has been opened and/or accessed.

EBOOKS

Refundable for 14 days from date of purchase.

Course Kits

Please notify the bookstore immediately if you encounter any issues with the kit. Kits can only be refunded or fixed within 30 days after the class has started.

General Merchandise, Tech Accessories, & Laptops:

have 30 days from the date of purchase to receive a refund. Some exclusions apply; please see additional requirements below:

General Merchandise

Healthcare Products: Goggles, medical equipment, etc. must be unopened & in the original packaging.

Uniforms, lab coats, etc.: Must not be worn, washed, or damaged.

Graduation Regalia: No returns after graduation ceremonies

Technology Accessories

Must have all items present & in original box (cords, instructions, etc.)

Laptops

Laptop returns must include the original accessories, including the original box, cord, and any other bundled items. Some exclusions apply, see below:

Exceptions/Non-returnable/refundable:

  • Laptops with programs loaded onto them.

  • Laptops that have been damaged after purchase.

  • Laptops returned with missing cords, bundled accessories, or without the original box

Must have student ID to purchase & return laptops.

Exceptions/Non-returnable items:

  • Opened or used technology accessories (headphones, calculators, chargers, etc.).

  • Items damaged by the customer.

  • Clothing/apparel that is worn or stained.

  • Face masks & other personal use items.

  • As-is or clearance items.

  • Items otherwise deemed incomplete or unsuitable for return.

Refund Process

If a refund is applicable, all refunds will be made back to the original method of payment.

Cash refunds over $200 will be refunded to your Student ID card and processed through the Bursars' office.
