Please note that the college does not provide free remote access to Adobe Creative Cloud. However, students can access Adobe Creative Cloud apps on campus in the classroom labs and open computer labs. You must have a current JCCC student ID to access any open computer lab on campus.

This product is non-refundable.

    How to Get Started:
    1. Wait for Your Welcome Email

    2. After your license is processed, Adobe will send a welcome email to your personal email.

    3. Follow the link in that email to set up your Adobe account.

    4. Sign In & Install Creative Cloud Desktop App

    5. Once signed in, click “Install Creative Cloud app” (on the right-hand side).

    6. Install the Apps You Need.

    7. Use the Creative Cloud app to download and install any of the included Adobe applications.

    Processing Time:
    Orders are processed Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
