Basic Shipping Information
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes – please be sure to provide the actual street address for delivery - orders submitted with P.O. Box for shipping address will not be processed. Orders submitted after reservation/pre-order periods may be delayed due to heavy sales volume during the first three weeks of classes. Expedited shipping term only applies to order once it has been picked up by freight carrier & left our facilities. Contact store if any questions regarding shipping time frames.
REFUSED DELIVERY OR CANCELLED ORDERS AFTER ORDER HAS SHIPPED WILL INCUR ADDITIONAL SHIPPING/HANDLING/RESTOCKING FEES. CHANGES TO ORDER AFTER SUBMITTAL MAY INCUR ADDITIONAL HANDLING FEE. CALL STORE BEFORE ORDERING IF ANY QUESTIONS.
Free shipping promo does not include signature verification or insurance fees. Free shipping applicable to the 48 contiguous states plus the District of Columbia only - does not extend to Alaska, Hawaii or overseas/APO/FPO addresses.
The JCCC Bookstore uses FedEx as its outbound freight company. We currently offer two different shipping options to meet your shipping needs. Insurance is available for additional fees (contact store for details). Customer is responsible for submitting accurate delivery address. JCCC Bookstore & FedEx are not liable for inaccurate delivery address submission by customer, or stolen packages (without purchased insurance). Unless customer purchases additional insurance and selects FedEx with Signature, liability limited to FedEx maximum $100 per order for approved claims. Contact the store with any questions.

When your order has been processed and moved into the FedEx shipping system, you will receive a FedEx tracking number via e-mail. This e-mail will also provide a convenient web link that will show you the location of your package in the shipping system. Customer is solely responsible/liable for incorrect delivery information submitted at time of order.
